Add a test to ensure the size of audio bit mask enum types Verify that both C and C++ code sees audio bit mask enums as 32-bit values. This is assumed by a lot of code. The test is run at presubmit. Bug: 169889714 Test: m systemaudio_tests Change-Id: Ibef7b11a9ce4fb8773444088dc1ba870c0c5791a
