Revert "Temporarily disable binder tests on 5.x kernels"
This reverts commit efb7ec389eb23acbe92c2055b7904ba8fa67e72c.
We have root caused this issue as a defect introduced upstream
a02e8964eaf9 ("virtio-net: ethtool configurable LRO") and a workaround
has been applied to the common kernels. This test can be re-enabled.
