Use versioned interfaces for the NDK stable AIDLs too. The cpp and Java flavours have already been versioned, but the NDK ones are still unversioned. Test: m Bug: 133124190 Change-Id: I1fc7eb9593c0e1b17b2a165103291e3cc8e53b9a
