Add TEST_MAPPING to system/netd This enables running 'atest' with no arguments to execute all the netd unit tests. See: https://source.android.com/compatibility/tests/development/test-mapping Test: cd system/netd && atest Change-Id: I02cd229de37fd78d4e39571b7c13fabc1620db8e
