Make libnetd_resolv depend on the NDK metrics AIDL. This should allow us to use binder from the resolver APEX, which must only use stable ABIs. Test: builds, boots Test: system/netd/tests/runtests.sh Change-Id: I29ff695331e52d26f72946e59ac351def1577a9a
