Add a test using getaddrinfo() with numeric addresses This gives some coverage to the codepaths which parses numeric IPv6 addresses, including link-local scope addresses using the %-notation. Test: atest netd_integration_test Change-Id: I10e13de6b53d64f5949148cf9813a1fe19f148ea
