Disabled the code related to inserting the sdioif module in SoftAP. Added the sdioif related code under feature 'WIFI_SDIO_IF_DRIVER_MODULE_NAME' and disabled the same so that sdioif is not inserted in case of SoftAP. Change-Id: I524f1907e95b6228729f49fe45d66d99153d804a
