Invoke qsap_set_ini_filename to set the fIni (if NULL) If WIFI_DRIVER_CONF_FILE is not defined fIni is set to null and hence all the set/get_cfg SAP commands fail. Thus, Invoke qsap_set_ini_filename explicitly if fINI is NULL. Change-Id: I9df1f95d7f4b884602cc501fe9e75ff4c26e400c CRs-Fixed: 865432
