mkbootimg: Refactor struct constants and magic numbers Don't use magic numbers such as 1536. Add global variables for constants that are defined by bootimg.h. Bug: 180792243 Test: Presubmit; change is noop. Change-Id: I24022ea96a833d58fbdb60eb8cd25ef122957662
