Add rules and fix bug in AbstractStandardAppHelper 1. Created DisableAutofillRule to disable auto fill in settings 2. Fix a problem in AbstractStandardAppHelper.exit() where when mPressHomeToExit is true, the mLauncherStrategy is null and causes NPE.
