cm: Remove legacy compcache stuff

 * Remove all this stuff.  If a device wants ZRAM, it should be
   enabled by the maintainer and properly configured and tuned.
 * This stuff currently causes a conflict with the ZRAM support
   added in Kitkat. Kill it.
