vendor/cm: add more verizon apns

* Because we didn't already have enough did we?
* This fixes "No apn selected for device" when sending/receiving
  MMS.
* Removed the MobiPCS apn. Its breaking network extenders because
  and I its conflicting with the vzw apn of the same mcc/mnc pair.
  I doubt they use this pair anyway.
