opticharger: fix PinyinIME aapt's -0 option is for extensions only, not directories, and PinyinIME needs .dat to be excluded. Nothing else in CM7 uses a .dat file, so this shouldn't increase the .apk size more than is needed. Also adding .dict, which isn't strictly required, but LatinIME wants it. Nothing in CM7 but LatinIME uses .dict. Change-Id: I7ce1b2cbc2b32c734978488aac2f4f6c43562cc1
