passion: Disable filterTouchEvents This was an old hack to help with multitouch bugs but seems to make them worse now. Disabling it helps a little with Google Maps 2-finger rotation, but not much since the touchscreen hardware on the N1 is crap. Change-Id: I60c6084d6f92897fd75411aa51ba7f10e92c2a43
