NFC: Vendor extension HAL implementation Vendor extension HAL support added for ioctl API and for rest of the APIs default AOSP interface is used. Vendor HAL service registers both the interfaces. Change-Id: I340f6e89e2b1daafdb497a9c9ce39ee6a4169ddd
