IPACM: fix incorrect filter index issue For android targets always 3 private subnet rules are deleted. But while adding we add only based on the number of private subnets currently available. This results in incorrect filter index. Make a change to add always 3 private subnet rules. Change-Id: I674fc64978c004a0d352afae5eea58bc98dea7d7
