plugins: tinyalsa: Use TLV instead of byte array for event control Event mixer control payload size can extend beyond 512 bytes. Use TLV instead of byte array to support upto 128KB event payload. Change-Id: I937662c5cc141f695c9f12a738625d083fac1063
