sthal: switch gcs usecase based on capture device During device switch, gcs usecase id may also be changed based on the new capture device, in this case, need to switch to new gcs usecase as part of device switch. Change-Id: If21c5e2f6de01fe4934f11d370f41e5358c44ce1
