bt: Use device name as BT device name. * QCOM_BTD is an ugly string and the device name makes much more sense. * This way we can also avoid redefining a lot of BDROID_BUILDCFG stuff in device trees. Change-Id: I9f402b46107312c0720b5a43f1a56ba73543dce4
