AVRCP: cached browsing related events and notify while device switch to active For multiple A2dp connections, while switch media player, available/addressed player changed events will notify to active device immediately. And cached these browsing related events for inactive device, while it switch to active devive again, available/addressed player changed events will notity to the new active device.
