Opp: Clean up ongoing notification progress from status bar

Use case:
1. Send a file from OPP client(DUT) to OPP Server.
2. Accept the file in remote
3. Reboot the DUT or remove battery from DUT.

Failure:
Notification bar which indicates the progress of transmission
to remote is still existing after reboot.

Fix:
Delete the share on the next boot while the previous transfer
was interrupted by local device on power off, or battery removal.
