AVRCP: add remote device to PlayerStateUpdate blacklist When 3rd party media player started playing we are sending playback status changed response as PAUSED, which caused no audio issue over this remote device. Add this remote device to PlayerStateUpdate blacklist to not update play status as PAUSED when media player started playing. Change-Id: I97057eb7235bfc97af0cad16ba7596f1a7fd2029 CRs-Fixed: 2569240
