GAP : Don't initiate role switch for blacklisted remotes As some remotes needs encryption off during role switch. If DUT sends SDP connection during encryption remote rejects SDP connection.Hence don't initiate role switch for blacklisted remotes from DUT Change-Id: I1b64955c7af3b63be3a92ec8e88a13df5e06f567 CRs-Fixed: 2298583
