FM: Add support for removing Force Audio Speaker on Loss/Transient Loss Removed the force speaker output on the FM Focus loss if speaker was the current transfer route. Also installed Death receipient for the Binder died call for future use. Change-Id: I25661b0c354fd0b9379fc1f8eced5049d9c50700
