GATT: Enable DEBUG and VERBOSE Logs based on Property. With this change DEBUG logs will be enabled by default for Gatt module and VERBOSE logs will be enabled through property "log.tag.BluetoothGatt" i.e adb shell setprop log.tag.BluetoothGatt VERBOSE Change-Id: Ie8231bc3208ae08dc9a7789e6e98e6ee62014a8d CRs-Fixed: 2407173
