Opp:  Bt device picker launch issue

Preconditions:
1. Turn Off Bluetooth.
2. Select any file from File Manager --> Sending Options
 --> Select Bluetooth --> Turn on Bluetooth -->
Device Picker Activity launch --> Press Back
3. Again retry to send --> Sending Options -> Select Bluetooth

Issue:
Observed Device Picker cannot be launched from second time.

Fix:
Reset is ready for file sharing flag
After launch Bt enabling activity.
