A2dp: Support A2dp Source and A2dpSink profiles
concurrency.

Support A2dp Source profile and A2dp Sink profile
concurrency. Both the two profiles will be in the
advertising, only one profile will be active, when
connecting to an A2dp Sink device(Headset), A2dp
Source profile will be active; when connected to
an A2dp Source device(Phone), A2dp Sink profile
will be active.

The incoming/outgoing A2dp Source(peer is phone)
connection will trigger disconnection to A2dp Sink
peers(Headsets) if exsiting, v.v..
