BTTestApp: Broadcast Playstatus when Playstatus has been changed. - Whenever playstatus chnaged callback comes DUT(A2dpSink), needs to broadcast it, so that BTtestapp can listen to it take action accordingly. - Coverart feature enablement on Q CRs-Fixed: 2440191 Change-Id: I9ce8ef7f4a95634f743be8c18814d7d55dd2d1f5
