SAP: Fix Potential NPE while creating SAP service record. Use case: During SNS test. Failure: "Unfortunately, Bluetooth share has stopped" error comes. Root cause: Observed NPE while retrieving server socket channel. Fix: Only use start/stop command from adapter service to avoid redundant calls.
