HSP: Create SCO after AT+CKPD from active device
When the AT+CKPD is sent from the active device,
create SCO by calling connect audio API if the
SCO is not already present. If the SCO is
already present, AT+CKPD from the active device
will disconnect SCO.
For HSP PTS test case: HSP/AG/ACT/BV-01-I
Don't connect audio with the HSP device as soon
SLC is established. This is achieved by explicitly
setting the PTS property "vendor.bt.pts.certification"
to true before running the test case.
