USB: HAL: Allow hub devices to wakeup from system suspend Allow hub class devices as well along with audio class devices to wakeup the device from system suspend by writing enabled to <device-path>/power/wakeup. Change-Id: I93c4332a13bc6216eda009281a0e7d7f99f5de39
