USB HAL: Rename service to android.hardware.usb@1.1-service-qti Now that the module supports both the USB Gadget HAL (which handles composition switching) as well as the USB 1.1 HAL (which supports Type-C and dual-role functionality), rename this service by dropping 'gadget' from the executable and service name.
