init.qcom.usb.sh: Check for presence of QDSS for GKI 1.0
In case a device is re-flashed with a GKI boot image, we need
to make sure to remove QDSS from the default composition
since it is not supported (at least not for GKI 1.0). Add a
check for this which will happen on every bootup and adjust
the persist.vendor.usb.config accordingly.
Note this check will only apply if the default composition is
unchanged. Also this does not work in the reverse order, i.e.
if a GKI image is first booted and then later switched to a
QGKI image, the QDSS function will not get re-added to the
default composition.
