25[B]Make sure you have a custom recovery installed(TWRP is the preferred recovery)[/B]
26[B]Download the latest Bliss Rom & the latest GApps package[/B]

29[B]Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution[/B]
30[B]Flash Bliss Rom[/B]
31[B]Flash Google Apps package[/B]
32[B]Flash Root of your choice(Unless OP states otherwise)[/B]
