Merge changes from topic "Mini Timeline Improvements" into main * changes: Update e2e tests to match time-only formatting and fixed offsets from refactoring. Remove date from time field. Add copy options. Add tooltip. Update time selector design. Squashed timestamp refactor (for reference). Store timeline filter settings. Auto zoom to first trace. Display all traces in mini-timeline. Changes to mini timeline drawer implementation.
