Lockscreen weather Soli port: more code improvements actually we have StatusBarGoogle being built from external google and it extends aosp StatusBar, so let's add the weather code in the aosp class instead of creating two StatusBarGoogle classes making the whole thing confusing Change-Id: I564a4b09700c1fb5b66f1436ef0e0a0edd8e0a72
