sdm: Add Layers to HWLayersInfo Intf - HWLayersInfo will carry the Layers vector which will be used Resource and HW Intf - Remove referring to the Layer from the LayerStack using index. - Helps in de-coupling original Layers being modified due to any strategy optimization - Data type of the "input_buffer" is not a pointer Change-Id: I33c07f692f39c37bc49551e0c0bee2a884ec244b Crs-fixed: 1092912
