USB: HAL: Add support for moisture detection on different platforms Different platforms supports different ways to communicate the status of the contaminant presence. So, check for the proper sysfs needed to be checked for contaminant presence status during boot up and use the same when requied to get the status. Change-Id: Iaea4c46d3d4625eea1735aba52c727c4a537cfab
